Not sure if I will go, but Jim is doing a full grain, 10 gallon homebrew demo this Saturday, 3/6 starting at 11am.

Hi All:

Just a reminder that this Saturday at 11:00 is the monthly brewing demonstration at the Homebrew Emporium. (Even if it rains.)

This month it is time again to use the big brewing system and do a 10 gallon, all grain batch of .... (I haven't decided yet.) "Suggestions taken until Thursday night." If you have a favorite style of beer, you would like to see in my kegerator, let me know and I might just brew up your best.

Be sure and ask for a sample of the Mozzarella Cheese from my cheese making kits when you come in. While supply lasts.
